When you are little, building a relationship with other people is easy because you aren't worried about them telling a secret, or if you could potentially "like" them and your friendship strengthens. When you become older and head off to high school, those strong bonds that you have worked so hard to build throughout your younger years, is what helps you to begin the building blocks for all of those new and AMAZING people that you have met or will meet in high school.
Because Remember.....
It Takes YEARS to build a relationship worth keeping that has a tight bond of trust, BUT it only takes ONE SECOND to destroy everything....
Being able to be yourself around people and having a strong mind about who you are is essential to what happens to you in your life in the future years.
Having a strong, close knit group of people has helped me to become who I am today because the have shown me different views of life and how to see things in a different perspective. This is what has somewhat made me who I am today. If you can find that group, or even that one person who can, not influence you to be someone, but help you to grow as a person than you can help yourself and everyone around you by just simply being YOU!!!
SEE now do you get it??? if not than I'm sorry for wasting your time, but in order to become yourself you just have to be you!! All of your happiness comes back to you being yourself and not being afraid to do that. I know that it can be scary at first, and the people that you thought were your friends might not like the real you, that's when you have to be your strongest and just keep being who you are and eventually, a group of people will come along and LOVE the REAL YOU!!! all you have to do is be patient and let nature take its course (wow how cliché does that sound : / )
Now I know that i'm just a 15 (almost 16) year old myself, but that doesn't mean that I don't know what I'm talking about in this little clip of everyday advice..... Talk to you all soon!!!
